- Plan Check:
- Do I have a plan for today? If not, make one.
- Gratitude:
- Only weapon against scarcity mindset, make a list of a few things.
- Work
- Block of time (usually 75 min): Follow the day plan.
- Break: Something off of Daily Routine.
- Block of time (repeat)
- Plan for tomorrow before switching off for the day.
