Start Here

  1. Schedule Check: all calendars.
    • Am I late for anything? Must I prep for something now? If so, act.
  2. Plan Check:
    • Do I have a plan for today? If not, make one.
  3. Gratitude:
    • Only weapon against scarcity mindset, make a list of a few things.
  4. Work
    • Block of time (usually 75 min): Follow the day plan.
    • Break: Something off of Daily Routine.
    • Block of time (repeat)
  5. Plan for tomorrow before switching off for the day.
